Job summary

The Mackenzie Hotel, part of the Inuvialuit Regional Corporation in Inuvik, is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to ensure seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest service. You will oversee nightly financials, handle check-ins, and maintain security while coordinating with restaurant and hotel teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel/tavern operations is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, respond to inquiries.
• Investigate discrepancies in financial records, including restaurant transactions.
• Prepare cash deposits and calculate server tip outs for approval.
• Maintain hotel security and act as primary guest contact during overnight hours.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
