As a Night Auditor you will be working with our Front Office Manager and Guest Services team to provide a positive guest experience from reservation to check-out, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. Your contribution helps ensure guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
You will be working an overnight schedule 1-2 shifts a week in this part time role. You will be responsible for all night audit requirements and any guest service agent activities during your shift. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and ledger transactions. You are also responsible to ensure consistent high quality customer service is delivered by providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during the overnight shift, including late check-ins and early checkouts.
You are excited to take the next step and/or begin a career in the field of hospitality.You have a keen eye for detail, and passion for customer service and working with numbers. You don’t shy away from administrative computer work, being on your feet for 8 hours, problem solving on-the-fly or working independently as part of a larger team.
