Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Overnight Night Auditor for our Tecumseh property. You will join the Guest Services team and handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and payments while promoting hotel amenities and local attractions.

The role requires reliability for 11 pm–7 am shifts, strong customer service ethos, and attention to detail. Prior front desk experience is preferred; on-site availability is necessary.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better required.
• 1-2 years: Previous front desk experience in a hotel is preferred.

Please read this job posting in its entirety. Please note that this position consists of overnight shifts and the hotel is not accessible by public transit as it is not on a major bus route. Successful candidates must ensure they have reliable transportation to and from work for all scheduled shifts. The shifts are scheduled 11 pm to 7 am. The hourly starting rate is $18.60/hour

Here is what you will be doing each day:
As our Night Auditor, you will be working with our Guest Services team to provide excellent customer service to our guests. You will be checking guests in and out of their rooms, managing reservations, processing payments for hotel services, and sharing your insights and knowledge of the amazing amenities in the area and hotel.

Ultimately, you will be our guest’s first point of contact and manage all aspects of their stay with us to ensure the most memorable of experiences. You will work diligently to balance our day of transactions and ensure the utmost accuracy in doing so.
