Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping Canada Holdings Inc. in Windsor, Ontario is seeking a Tooling Engineer to support the New Model Team. The role focuses on coordinating launches, tooling sourcing, and design reviews to ensure on-time delivery for customers.

Qualifications

• Program management experience.
• Stamping / Weld background.
• Post-secondary education in Engineering recommended.
• Tool and Die certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow-up on New Product Launches.
• Source and track Equipment, Tooling and Weld fixtures.
• Use Microsoft Project to manage schedules.
• Participate in design reviews.
• Order all materials to support early builds/parts for customers.
• Approve tools with suppliers and internal shops before shipment.
• Support APQP meetings to ensure timely delivery of tools.
• Ensure engineering changes to tools are tracked and approved.
• Work with purchasing to quote and source tooling packages.
• Mentor and train manufacturing engineers to ensure accuracy in duties.
• Support the New Model team to achieve program success.
