Qualifications

• Experience leading tool-making teams or apprentices in mold/tool making.
• Mentorship and delegation experience with staff and projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings and plan tool making operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction of complex new molds and repairs.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet due dates.
• Construct, alter, repair molds to close tolerances and fit parts.
• Lead all phases of mold-making projects from start to finish.
• Perform grinding, EDM, and assembly verifications at all stages.
