Job summary

Onni in Vancouver is seeking a New Home Consultant to join our Sales team, focusing on selling new homes in the Lower Mainland. You will represent premier product from the Metro Vancouver region and drive the client journey from exploration to close.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in real estate, a valid license (asset), and a collaborative spirit. We offer base pay 45k–50k plus commissions, generous perks, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of real estate sales experience.
• Valid real estate trade services license is an asset.
• Driver's License required.
• Post-Secondary education completed.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lasso are assets.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the buying process, aligning needs with a home.
• Present floor plans, features and benefits to prospects.
• Close sales for new homes to meet/exceed goals.
• Engage with outside real estate community for activities.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by setting clear expectations.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop lead-generation strategies.
• Conduct market research on trends and competitor offerings.
• Provide ongoing support to clients before, during and after purchase.
• Assist in open houses and promotional events.
• Coordinate with construction, finance and legal teams for smooth transactions.
