Job summary

AtkinsRéalis invites new graduates to join its Odyssey Program in Canada, offering hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to diverse projects across major engineering domains. You will work in the Transmission, Distribution and Renewables Division, contributing to electrical design, drafting, and structural projects that shape communities.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates with a civil or electrical engineering degree, strong communication and teamwork, and a proactive problem-solving

Qualifications

• New graduate with a college degree in civil or electrical engineering (Graduation in 2027).
• Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Electrical design and drafting for overhead transmission and distribution lines, underground cable systems, substations, turning concepts into construction-ready designs.
• Structural design and drafting to create and improve dams and water infrastructure through 3D modeling and construction support.

While working as a Technician in the Transmission, Distribution and Renewables Division at AtkinsRéalis, you could put your skills to work in one of these key areas:

• Electrical design and drafting team:design and develop overhead transmission and distribution lines, underground cable systems, and substations, transforming engineering concepts into construction-ready designs that help deliver safe, reliable, and efficient power to communities and industries.

Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $58,000 - $70,000 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
