Combined Metal Industries (CMI) invites early-career professionals to join the Operations Leadership Trainee program in Cambridge, Ontario. This new-grad track is designed to fast‑track your move into a leadership role within our fast-growing metal recycling operations.
You will gain hands-on experience across safety, production processes, people leadership, and continuous improvement while shadowing Operations Leaders and taking ownership of selected projects.

Expected Salary: $55,000- $70,000 Range

The Leadership Trainee, Yard Operations Program is designed to fast-track your development into a leadership role within our operations team. Over the course of several months, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in all aspects of operations, including:
