Job summary

Brampton North Nissan is seeking a New Car Sales Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, presenting manufacturer programs, and maintaining strong product knowledge.

You will work closely with customers from inquiry to delivery in a fast-paced dealership environment. The position offers a commission-based earnings model with no base salary, aligned to Ontario regulations and performance targets.

Qualifications

• OMVIC Certification is required.
• Automotive sales experience is an asset.
• Dealer CRM system experience is an asset.
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
• Strong computer skills and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions and maintain product knowledge on vehicles and rebates.
• Quote customers, follow up on inquiries, and keep customers informed on delivery progress.
• Attend training classes and comply with OMVIC regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
