Performance Auto Group is seeking a New Car Sales Consultant in Brampton, Ontario. You will deliver exceptional customer service, learn product details, and actively engage customers through the sales process from inquiry to delivery.

The role requires OMVIC certification and strong communication, with CRM experience as an asset. A valid Ontario driver’s license and solid time management are essential. The company offers support, incentives and opportunities across a large dealership network.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions and understand customer needs to meet or exceed expectations.
• Maintain product knowledge on manufacturer vehicles, rebates, financing and incentive programs.
• Attend training classes as scheduled by management and follow up with customers on quotes and vehicle deliveries.
• Communicate effectively by phone and in writing; keep customers updated on progress and timelines.
• Ensure all documents are accounted for and compliant with policies.
