Job summary

Performance Auto Group’s Brampton Mitsubishi is seeking self-starting Sales Consultants to join our team in Brampton. You will provide exceptional customer service, learn product knowledge, quote vehicles, and manage customer communications from inquiry to delivery.

We offer a full-time, commission-based role with earnings ranging from $45,000 to $95,000 annually. Candidates must have OMVIC certification and a valid Ontario driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years automotive sales experience is an asset.
• OMVIC certification is required.
• Dealer CRM system experience is an asset.
• Valid Ontario driver's license with a good driving record.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Customer service focused with professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Utilize systems and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service on all interactions.
• Learn and maintain product knowledge on manufacturer vehicles and incentives.
• Quote vehicles competitively and keep customers updated on delivery progress.
• Attend training classes as scheduled by management.
• Follow up with factory and distributors regarding late deliveries.
• Comply with OMVIC regulations and company safety standards.
• Other duties as required by management.
