Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation in Toronto, ON is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to drive MedTech Neurovascular product sales within the territory. You will act as primary contact for hospital accounts, implement regional sales strategies, manage the territory budget, and deliver value through clinical expertise.

You will build relationships with key opinion leaders, support physicians with safe product use, collaborate with marketing, and respond to RFPs.

Qualifications

• University degree required; business, engineering or health sciences preferred.
• 2+ years sales in healthcare/medical devices or 3+ years technical healthcare experience.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Results-driven with urgency and action orientation.
• Willingness to work in clinical/lab environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to discuss complex clinical data and trials.

Responsibilities

• Attain sales/market share objectives by strategically managing the territory.
• Act as main contact for hospital accounts in the territory.
• Execute national/ regional/local sales and marketing strategies for MedTech Neurovascular products.
• Manage territory budget and administrative duties across POD structures.
• Solicit customer feedback, deliver promotional programs, and propose solutions to improve product performance.
• Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and decision makers to add value.
