You will work on provisioning, monitoring, and maintaining cloud infrastructure while learning governance, scripting, and automation in a supportive, team-focused environment. Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a management information system, information technology, computer science, or operations management program.
• Interest in cloud infrastructure and networking concepts.
• Willingness to learn programming or scripting languages and AI enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Assists in provisioning, monitoring, and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
• Assists in developing and maintaining policies and governance for cloud infrastructure.
• Assists with configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network equipment (switches, routers, SD-WAN, wireless).
• Remediate incident escalations from customers and teams.
• Assists with AI processes, automation, and scripting initiatives.
• Maintains system documentation and supports project-related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assists in provisioning, monitoring, and maintaining mission-critical cloud infrastructure
• Assists in the development and maintaining of policies and governance in our cloud infrastructure
• Assists with configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network equipment (switches, routers, SD-WAN, wireless)
• Remediate incident escalations from customers, vendors, and other Business Technology teams
• Assists with implementing AI processes, automations, business process improvements, and scripting.
• Assists with Research and Development initiatives and participate in Proof-of-Concepts
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date system documentation
• Supports the team in providing business process, application requirements definition, and documentation for a given project
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What You Will Bring To The Role

• Currently enrolled in a management information system, information technology, computer science, or operations management program
• Always on top of the latest technology trends
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts - Subnetting, LAN, WAN, VLAN, etc.
• Knowledge of PowerShell and scripting best practices is an asset
• Ability & willingness to learn programming or scripting languages, such as PowerShell or .NET, to accomplish the completion of one or more automation tasks
• Ability to leverage AI to maximise productivity
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Co-Pilot is an asset
