Job summary

PCL Construction Resources Inc. in Edmonton is seeking a Technology Equipment Coordinator to manage end-user tech assets and support IT services across our corporate environment.

You will configure, image, deploy devices, oversee asset lifecycles, coordinate warranties, and collaborate with logistics to ensure timely redeployment and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary diploma or degree in IT/CS or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of technical or IT support experience.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, software, and related technology services.
• Understanding of IT asset management principles and equipment lifecycles.
• Experience using asset management, inventory, or service management systems.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities
