PCL Construction Resources Inc. is seeking a Technology Equipment Coordinator to configure, image, deploy and manage end-user technology assets in our Edmonton, Alberta operations.

You will handle lifecycle management of computers, networking gear, servers, printers and related assets, while coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams. Qualifications

• Postsecondary diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, software and related technology services.
• Understanding of IT asset management principles and equipment lifecycles.
• Experience using asset management, inventory, or service management systems.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare decommissioned equipment for donation or disposal.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and asset information accurately within tracking systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and elevate technical concerns through established support channels.
