Position Overview

Compugen is seeking a Network Support Analyst for a 9-month contract. The Network Support Analyst provides for the day-to-day administration, management, and support of the site/plant LAN/WAN infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate, maintain, support the site/plant LAN/WAN infrastructure and associated LAN service objects and access points for local network-connected end-user devices such as desktops, printers, multifunction printers, plotters, scanners, wireless nodes, and mobile devices, according to defined service levels.
  2. Support network design and architectural design.
  3. Provide technical support for video conferencing.
  4. Support VOIP network telephony.
  5. Support wireless networks.
  6. Provision, operate, and support LAN/WAN services in an integrated managed fashion.
  7. Support various network disciplines including Cisco Firewalls, SolarWinds, CA Tool Suite, Cisco Prime Infrastructure, NetFlow Analyzer, and others listed in detail.
  8. Implement software patches, upgrades, or refreshes to hardware or software.
  9. Plan network changes with third-party vendors.
  10. Coordinate response and restoration to site LAN/WAN service requests and resolve performance issues.
  11. Monitor and log key system metrics related to network performance and security.
  12. Manage LAN/WAN asset installation, moves, adds, and changes.
  13. Ensure network security compliance and respond to service requests for performance issues.
  14. Plan and execute disaster recovery tests and activities with third-party vendors.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with CISCO network hardware configuration and administration.
  • Azure firewall, load balancer, and other networking infrastructure experience.
Education & Certifications
  • Cisco-related certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCSP).
  • Cisco/Tandberg-related certifications (TCAP, TCEP).
  • Demonstrated record of continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Azure firewall, load balancer, and other networking infrastructure.
