Position Overview

NGIT Client is seeking two highly skilled and motivated Network Support Analysts to join our Intelligent Networks & Infrastructure team. As a Network Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the configuration and administration of our critical network infrastructure, ensuring its stability, security, and optimal performance. This is an onsite position based in Regina, Saskatchewan, requiring a dedicated individual capable of working independently and collaboratively within a dynamic environment. The Network Support Analyst will be required to work on-site in Regina, Saskatchewan, and may be required to work outside of normal business hours, including on-call support and overtime.

Responsibilities

1. Perform hands-on configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CISCO network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
2. Administer and maintain the overall health and performance of the network infrastructure.
3. Implement and enforce network security policies and procedures to protect clients' critical assets.
4. Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues to minimize downtime.
5. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network services with other systems.
6. Participate in network upgrades and expansion projects, including planning, testing, and implementation.
