Job description

Position Title: Network Support Analyst

Location: Regina, SK

Overview:

Charter is currently seeking two (2) experienced Network Support Analysts to join our team starting June 2025. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience installing, configuring, and supporting Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless in a site/plant LAN/WAN infrastructure. Previous experience supporting Azure Firewall and Load Balancer is a strong asset. Experience configuring network protocols, managing network security, and collaborating with third-party vendors on network activities would be highly valuable. Location: Regina, SK (Onsite). Term: Ten (10) Months. Strong possibility of extension.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience installing, configuring, and supporting Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless in a site/plant LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Experience supporting Azure Firewall and Load Balancer is a strong asset.
• Experience monitoring networks utilizing tools such as SolarWinds, NetFlow Analyzer.
• Experience supporting Cisco/Tandberg video conferencing equipment.
• Experience providing VOIP network telephony support.
• Experience configuring networking protocols such as SNMP, RMON, ICMP, DNS, IDS/IPS.
• Experience implementing network security and access control practices, including firewall rules and intrusion detection systems for the LAN/WAN.
• Experience troubleshooting network issues and resolving connectivity problems.
• Experience planning and executing Network Disaster Recovery (DR) tests.
• Active industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP are considered assets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
