Job Title: Network Support Analyst

We are seeking a Network Support Analyst to support and manage LAN/WAN infrastructure across sites and plants. This role ensures network reliability, performance, and security while providing technical support for a wide range of network services and devices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.)
• Knowledge of network protocols and tools: ICMP, SNMP, RMON, LAN/WAN, Ethernet, SONET, ISDN, DSL, etc.
• Proven experience with ITIL service management and incident/problem resolution
• Familiarity with video conferencing platforms, network security, asset tracking, and capacity planning

Education & Certifications:

• Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCSP
• Cisco/Tandberg certifications (e.g., TCAP, TCEP) are an asset
