• Drive automation to reduce manual activities and promote AI-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate with partner teams to improve infrastructure reliability.
• Act as crisis manager to coordinate rapid, sustainable solutions.
• Analyze existing processes to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies.
• Provide training and support to partner teams interfacing with SRE.
• Onboard new hires and new technologies to the team.
