Job summary

Cascade Aerospace Inc. is seeking a Network/Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team in Abbotsford. You will support the information helpdesk, build software, rollout updates, and handle network administration tasks.

Required is a Diploma in Information Technology or Network Specialist, with 1–2 years of desktop/network support experience in a corporate setting. CGP/ITAR/compliance eligibility is essential. Relocation may be available.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to internal customers through Cascade Aerospace’s information helpdesk.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk requests.
• Assist with the acquisition and rollout of computer equipment and software.
• Develop, document and maintain computer configuration standards.
• Assist with implementation and maintenance of network and security activities.
• Oversee Cascade Aerospace Systems helpdesk by receiving and responding to incoming calls and emails regarding network/desktop issues.
• Ensure workplace conduct aligns with Cascade Aerospace’s HR safety and security policies.
