Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Network Analyst to provide network support and administration for multiple client projects within our Intelligence division on an international level. The role involves assisting with network troubleshooting, deployments, and maintaining documentation.

Ideal candidates have a IT networking background, up to 2 years of experience, and familiarity with TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and basic security concepts. CCNA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Networking, or Computer Science.
• Up to 2 years of network support, internships, or similar roles.
• CCNA certification completed or in progress preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VLANs.
• Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and basic network security concepts.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and documentation practices is a plus.
• Awareness of cloud/virtual platforms such as Azure, AWS, or VMware is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with network support, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
• Support senior staff with network deployments, migrations, and documentation.
• Help configure and monitor LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall environments.
• Maintain accurate network records, inventories, and support documentation.
• Provide on-site and after-hours support when needed.
