Job description

Our financial services client is seeking an experienced Network Administrator to support and maintain critical enterprise network infrastructure within a highly secure and regulated environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for network operations, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, patch coordination, and infrastructure support across corporate and production environments.

This role requires strong experience supporting enterprise networking technologies, financial services infrastructure standards, security compliance, and high-availability environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, support, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and wireless networks.
  • Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
  • Perform network troubleshooting and root cause analysis for connectivity, latency, routing, and security‑related issues.
  • Support patching, firmware upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and change management activities across network infrastructure.
  • Configure and support network security technologies including firewalls, access controls, IDS/IPS, and secure remote access solutions.
  • Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and high‑availability network environments.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and operations teams on project implementations and production support activities.
  • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, operational procedures, and audit‑related records.
  • Participate in incident management, after‑hours support, and on‑call rotation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with financial industry security standards, policies, and governance requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of enterprise Network Administration experience within large corporate or financial services environments.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with:
  • TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, routing, switching
  • Cisco networking technologies
  • Firewalls and network security platforms
  • Wireless networking infrastructure
  • Network monitoring and performance tools
  • Experience supporting:
