Job summary

Arctiq is seeking a skilled Network Analyst to join a contract engagement onsite in Saskatchewan. You will help administer and evolve the LAN/WAN infrastructure, align designs with security best practices, and collaborate with the client team on strategic initiatives for both on-premises and cloud environments.

The role requires at least five years of hands-on experience in network analysis, design, and architecture, with strong expertise in Cisco and Fortinet ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Five years of hands-on network administration experience.
• Experience with Spine and Leaf data center networks using VXLAN/BGP EVPN.
• Knowledge of BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF routing protocols.
• Experience with Cisco IOS/IOS-XE/NX-OS CLI across multiple platforms.
• Experience with Fortinet devices and FortiTools.
• Experience configuring Azure virtual networks, peering, and WAF.
• On-premises and cloud network integration experience.
• ITIL/change-management exposure.

Responsibilities

• Administer, implement, troubleshoot, and document enterprise LAN/WAN networking.
• Develop strategic plans for network device evolution aligned with business needs.
• Provide expert support and engineering for client network devices to ensure performance.
• Monitor and optimize network performance for high availability.
• Lead disaster recovery planning and testing for network resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
