Job summary

CDW is seeking an experienced Network Administrator to support its network operations across multiple sites. The role focuses on day-to-day operational support, troubleshooting, and configuring new network equipment to maintain a stable production environment.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on networking experience and the ability to contribute to site deployments, network expansions, and ongoing optimizations with potential to convert to a permanent position.

• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, wireless, and SD-WAN connectivity issues.
• Document configurations and operational changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day network administration and operational support.
• Respond to break/fix incidents and restore network services.
• Configure and deploy new network devices.
• Support new site deployments and network expansions.
• Assist with replacement and configuration of Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN (ION) appliances.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, wireless, and SD-WAN connectivity issues.
• Work closely with the internal networking team to maintain service availability.
• Document configurations and operational changes.
