Job summary

BlueCare in Chermside is seeking an Administration / Scheduling Officer to support neighbourhood teams, coordinate rostering, and be the first point of contact for customers.

You'll use MS Office and database apps, manage diaries and travel, and assist senior staff on special projects, with a friendly, service-focused approach. This permanent, full-time role offers salary packaging and employee discounts, plus a range of benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • You will have effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous rostering/scheduling experience is highly regarded.
  • Excellent time-management and ability to prioritise workload.
  • Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications.

Administration / Scheduling Officer | BlueCare | Community Care
  • Employment Status: Permanent - Full time
  • Location: Chermside
  • Remuneration: $33.22 p/hr + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay) + Employee discounts

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Limited To
  • Supporting and coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood
  • Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers - via phone, email and in person
  • Manage requests, concerns and inquiries
  • Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood
  • Creation of correspondence and documentation as requested
  • Efficiently organise appointments, diaries, travel and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements.
  • Monitor, order and distribute office supplies and arrange for the maintenance/repair of office equipment
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource and other Blue Care systems and databases
  • Use mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate – Advanced skills required)
  • Assist senior staff with special projects as required
