Lutheran Homes Group in Australia seeks a highly organised Rostering Coordinator to support safe, high-quality care across our facilities. You will coordinate rosters to maintain staffing levels, skill mix and coverage within Hotel Services and Residential Aged Care teams.
Working with Facility and Service Managers, Payroll, People & Culture, Return to Work teams, you will manage leave, support workforce planning, maintain compliant data and drive cost-effective rostering improvements.
Location: LHG sites (Hope Valley, Glynde, Fullarton or CBD) Employment Type: Fixed Term until 30 June 2027
Hours: Monday to Friday with flexibility in working hours to support operational needs.

We are seeking a highly organised and adaptable Rostering Coordinator to support safe, high-quality care through efficient workforce rostering across our facilities. You will coordinate rosters to maintain appropriate staffing levels, skill mix and coverage within our Hotel Services and Residential Aged Care teams, while supporting the broader rostering function as priorities change.
Working with Facility and Service Managers, Payroll, People & Culture, Return to Work teams and other key stakeholders, you will manage leave coverage, support workforce planning, maintain accurate and compliant data, and contribute to cost-effective rostering and process improvements.
The successful candidate will be a collaborative and adaptable team player who builds strong working relationships across the organisation and flexes their approach in response to changing operational needs. They will work proactively with stakeholders to maintain seamless service delivery, achieve operational objectives and support positive employee experiences.
Candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and must hold a current NDIS Worker Clearance. In line with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are strongly encouraged to be up to date with all recommended vaccinations.
