Job summary

Thales in Victoria, BC, is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support the Service Delivery Team. You will coordinate technical support networks, manage work periods, and ensure quality, safety, and environmental standards are met on naval vessels.

You will prepare and review maintenance instructions, manage tool and equipment loans, and generate necessary documentation and reports for project closure. A NATO-level clearance and CGP access are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years drafting and reviewing maintenance instructions for service providers.
• Strong computer literacy with Word, Excel and PowerPoint essential.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Experience in procurement, project management or warehouse environments desirable.
• Project experience interfacing between internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide general project support and administration to the Waterfront Service Delivery Team.
• Draft and review maintenance instructions for service providers.
• Oversee maintenance activities on naval vessels to ensure quality and safety.
• Compile work item closure reports and manage documentation.
• Generate and manage reports in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as needed.
• Ensure subcontractors have the required paperwork and materials.
• Attend meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.
• Generate purchase requisitions and manage subcontracts closure.
• Maintain records and ensure health and safety compliance.
