Thales currently has a vacancy for a Maintenance Scheduler who will provide work package and scheduling support to the Ship Maintenance Lead and the Service Delivery Team in planning and organizing all required routines while developing an integrated schedule for multiple Work Periods. The Maintenance Scheduler manages the preparation, monitoring, and maintenance of Work Period work lists and schedules. They coordinate and communicate with suppliers and waterfront service team and provide an accurate and executable schedule to minimize conflict between tasks. The Maintenance Scheduler will ensure accurate and timely reports are produced as required along with updating real‑time dashboards and communicating schedule changes across the enterprise. Implement data‑driven approaches to analyze maintenance performance, identify trends that could improve the efficiency of a work period. Additional tasks will include raising purchase requisitions on behalf of the SML, collecting and organizing objective quality evidence, and assisting Maintenance Coordinators with Work Pack Management.
Hybrid schedule: Predominantly working onsite in the Naval Dockyard and onboard Naval Vessels, will also be required to work from the office or from home.
Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between Total Target Cash (TTC) $70,000 - $90,000 CAD Annual.
