You’ll build strong perspectives on talent, understand candidate motivations, and communicate clearly throughout the hiring process, delivering a thoughtful and personalized candidate experience. The ideal candidate is resilient and committed to attracting top talent with urgency and excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Experience in the A/E/C industry a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with recruiting software.

Responsibilities

• Assist hiring managers to understand and anticipate hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to identify talent and build a robust pipeline.
• Source, track, and cultivate relationships with candidates while following internal processes.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of sourced candidates and roles.
• Screen resumes and candidates to determine fit for current and upcoming roles.
• Handle a high volume of candidates while preserving a positive candidate experience.
• Perform other related duties as required.
