An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a growing team in selling innovative custom lighting solutions. As a Sales Manager, you will oversee a sales team of 5 representatives, selling custom lighting, backlit solutions, and lightboxes to custom builders who build retail displays, trade show booths, signage printers, and interior spaces. The territory includes the Greater Toronto Area, Quebec, and parts of the United States. You will lead, manage, oversee performance, implement sales strategies and KPIs, and work closely with the sales team to acquire new and maintain existing accounts. This is an expansion role, adding to the sales team and reporting directly to the Vice President. The base salary is between $100,000 - $120,000 plus bonus.
