Job summary

iA Financial Group seeks a Vice-President, National Sales and Distribution to lead a coast-to-coast sales organization focused on growth, performance, and accountability. You will design territory structures, multichannel strategies, and sales processes while ensuring top-tier customer service across Canada.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic acumen, and the ability to travel 50–60% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, or related field, or 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading large national or multi-territory sales teams.
• Strong leadership, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Automotive insurance/financing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large national sales organization with multichannel strategies (retail, OEM, wholesale, used vehicles).
• Develop territory design, market management, forecasting, and budgeting to drive growth.
• Set quotas, monitor performance, and align objectives with company strategy.
• Build and sustain relationships with dealers, manufacturers, associations, and regulators.
• Coach and develop sales leaders and professionals; nurture a high-performing culture.
