Job summary

NAV CANADA is seeking a National Fleet & Disposal Co-ordinator to oversee the national vehicle fleet, manage day-to-day operations, and coordinate procurement and disposal within approved processes. The role requires bilingual English/French and a hybrid work arrangement with a Ottawa-based head office.

The successful candidate will analyze fleet utilization, control costs, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external service providers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing fleet assets and disposal processes.
• Ability to analyze fleet performance and costs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NAV CANADA's national fleet program to ensure availability, maintenance, and compliance.
• Oversee fleet operations including maintenance, fuel programs, licensing, and service delivery.
• Maintain fleet inventories, budgets, and lifecycle data for reporting and decision-making.
• Support procurement, leasing, and replacement of vehicles and equipment.
