Sandy Bay Child & Family Services is seeking a National Standards Contractor to assess families, develop case plans, and collaborate with frontline workers to meet established goals.

The role involves budgeting assistance, parenting education, and referrals to community programs, with emphasis on household routines, preventive health education, and supports to improve school attendance.

Formación

• Two+ years in child and family services or related field.
• Knowledge of Acts and Legislation governing child welfare.
• Ability to travel and provide current driver's abstract.

Responsabilidades

• Assess families and develop case plans with frontline workers to implement goals.
• Provide budgeting assistance and referrals to community programs.
• Offer parenting education and program referrals.
• Guide on household structure, routines and preventive health education.
• Coordinate transportation for essential tasks and track service delivery.
• Support strategies to improve school attendance and family stability.
• Build relationships to foster trust with families and colleagues.
• Review case plans and report progress and challenges regularly.
