Dynacare is seeking a National Director for Genetics, Oncology and Neurology to lead the end-to-end customer lifecycle for healthcare providers and direct-to-consumer segments. This remote, full-time role requires strategic leadership, deep healthcare knowledge, and the ability to travel frequently across Canada.

The role focuses on developing engagement strategies for B2HS/G and B2C segments, delivering growth plans, and steering budgets to strengthen Dynacare's national market position.

Qualifications

• Has deep understanding of Canadian healthcare landscape and provincial systems.
• Experience in strategy development and execution in healthcare or similar complex industries.
• Proven ability to lead senior teams and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales budgets for genetics business with national scope.
• Drive sustainable growth and operating margins through multi-channel strategies.
• Maintain key customer relationships and expand the national market position.
• Lead development and execution of business plans to support growth.
• Collaborate with marketing to uncover customer needs and opportunities.
