As a National Account Manager, you will represent business to business sales for North America's Largest Distributor of Wireless Products and Solutions. In this role you will pursue enterprise level rental & service opportunities with existing live eventcustomers and build new business opportunities by offering value-added wireless rental solutions. You will develop a strategy to drive new business and retain existing business by expanding understanding each customer’s individual obstacles and developing solutions that help them move forward safely and effectively. Collaboration with local branch teams will be imperative to providing the customer with a full turnkey solution for both rental and sale of equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Drive rental andservice contract growth within assigned portfolio
- Develop and implement strategic account plans with input from key field team stakeholders that includes all turnkey solutions
- Prospect anddevelop new relationships with customers documenting both rental and service contract needs
- Deepen existing business relationships from leadership to field level decision makers across each customer
- Develop andhost customer capabilities presentations to introduce BearCom’s turnkey solutions
- Collaborate with local sales reps, sales managers and general managers on complete turnkey solutions with rental, service & sales capabilities for each customer
- Assist in multi-regional account development
- Achieverevenue and market share goals set by manager
- Build, maintain, and effectively manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Be accountable to the collection of accounts receivable within company terms
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experiencein B2Bindustrial sales or rentals
- Having knowledge andunderstanding of wireless communication market is a plus
- Must be experienced in consultative selling strategies
- Must have experiencein developing and executing sales strategy, account management, and multi-tiered relationship building
- Must have a goal-achieving and over-performing mindset dedicated to excellence and very effective in a fast-paced, competitive market
- Abilityto cultivate strong internal relationships is necessary
- Must be a highly driven team player with a proven ability to succeed through profitable territory growth
- Must be resourceful in developing successful solutions to complicated problems
- Must posses active listening skills and be able to give his or herfull attention to internal or external customers
- Ability to learn new industry, products andservices is a must
- Must posses strong organizational time management and prioritization skills
- Must have strong computer literacy with a CRM system and Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel & Word
- Have a "self-starter" mentalityand being able to takecomplete ownership for activities and results is ideal
- Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Drug screenings and background checks are part of the hiring process, which may include an MVR check
