Job summary

4Seasons Transportation is seeking a dedicated bus driver to safely transport students with disabilities to and from school. You will build positive relationships with students, families, and school staff while maintaining a calm, supportive bus environment and ensuring on-time routes with GPS-guided schedules.

The role requires at least 3 years of winter driving experience, a Class 5 Alberta license, and the ability to secure parking for the small bus near home.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of winter driving experience.
• Monday–Friday availability, both AM and PM (6:30–9:30 am and 1:30–4:30 pm).
• A valid Class 5 (non-GDL) Alberta driver's licence or higher.
• Ability to secure parking for the small school bus at or near your home.
• Comfort with light physical duties, such as assisting students on/off the bus and securing mobility equipment.
• A clear driver's abstract, criminal record check, and vulnerable sector check.
• Completion of drug testing.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Every day, you'll do more than drive a bus, you'll help students with disabilities arrive safely, confidently, and ready to learn, while building real relationships with the students and families you serve.

Pay: up to $150/day based on 5–6 hours on the road (split AM/PM routes)
