Job summary

4Seasons Transportation is seeking a Special Needs School Bus Driver to safely transport students and assist with boarding. Paid training is provided and there is a hiring bonus based on licence class.

You will work a consistent Monday–Friday split shift in Alberta, with take-home bus privileges and opportunities to support families and students every school day.

Qualifications

• Alberta Class 5 licence required; no previous driving experience needed.
• 3+ years winter driving experience.
• Availability for Monday–Friday shifts.
• Clean driver’s abstract, background check and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students and assist with boarding/mobility devices.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and follow assigned routes.
• Support students with disabilities and build relationships with families.
