4Seasons Transportation invites you to train this summer and drive this September, joining one of Canada’s most admired corporate cultures. Enjoy a flexible split‑shift schedule with evenings, weekends, holidays, and summers free, while doing work that supports students and communities.

As a school bus driver, you’ll transport students with disabilities, build relationships with families and staff, perform pre‑trip inspections, follow routes, and maintain a clean, safe bus.

Qualifications

• 6-years of winter driving experience
• Class 5 Alberta licence or higher
• Clear driver's abstract and criminal record check
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students with disabilities to and from school
• Build positive relationships with students, families and school staff
• Create a calm, safe, and supportive environment on your bus
• Complete daily vehicle pre-trip inspections
• Follow established routes and schedules
• Use GPS and communication technology
• Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the assigned vehicle, including regular washing, fueling, and delivering the vehicle for scheduled maintenance and repairs

• Safely transport students with disabilities to and from school
• Build positive and professional relationships with students, families and school staff
• Create a calm, safe, and supportive environment on your bus
• Complete daily vehicle pre-trip inspections
• Follow established routes and schedules
• Use GPS and communication technology
• Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the assigned vehicle, including regular washing, fueling, and delivering the vehicle for scheduled maintenance and repairs

Requirements

• 6-years of winter driving experience
  
• Monday to Friday both AM and PM availability (6:30am - 9:30am and 1:30pm - 4:30pm)
• Responsible for finding a secure parking space for the small school bus at or near your home
  
• Hold a valid Class 5 (non-GDL) Alberta driver’s licence or higher
• Clear driver's abstract and criminal record check, completion of drug testing
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
