Responsibilities

• Register and schedule students.
• Answer phone inquiries and relay messages to teachers.
• Receive lesson payments and assist with the collection of overdue accounts.
• Assist the Lessons Coordinator in updating student records.
• Assist the Lessons Coordinator with commission report reconciliation.
• Assist with recitals.
