Job Description:

If you are a dynamic, adaptable, and experienced project manager passionate about delivering successful projects, we encourage you to apply. As a senior project manager at Parsons, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that assigned projects meet client and corporate objectives.

You will serve as the primary point of contact with clients throughout project execution. Your responsibilities will include managing scope, schedule, and budget, being proactive, and recommending process improvements.

As a client service manager, you will be responsible for prospecting new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and partners. You will lead efforts to win new work and generate business in the Greater Toronto Region.

The successful candidate will have extensive project management experience, adaptability to changing priorities, exceptional organizational skills, and a dedication to achieving project success.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Prospect new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
  2. Collaborate with subcontractors, negotiate scope changes, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  3. Own project planning, execution, and closeout, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  4. Monitor project scope, recommend changes, and assess impacts on timelines and costs.
  5. Evaluate project processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Allocate and manage resources, including personnel and equipment, to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management with a successful track record.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project priorities, ensuring alignment with client and corporate goals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with clients, subcontractors, and teams.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills to address challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Leadership skills to guide project teams to success.
