Position: IT Service Manager

This is a remote position, ideally based anywhere in North America, with a preference for Eastern Canada. The role covers the Americas region, with shared support responsibilities for the Asia Pacific businesses.

About The Role

The IT Service Manager will oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of IT services, ensuring operational excellence and high user satisfaction across the organization.

Responsibilities

1. Define the Service Management Strategy for the region and advise the Director of Global IT Services on Nutreco's Service Management Strategy and Service Catalog.
2. Develop and implement annual plans for the region, including budgets, aligned with Service Level Agreements, in collaboration with business stakeholders and Domain Managers.
3. Monitor budgets and SLAs, take corrective actions when necessary, and ensure proper reporting to meet financial and KPI targets.
4. Manage inventory of IT service requirements and translate these into deliverables specified in SLAs and the IT Services Catalog.
5. Ensure the delivery of IT services at the agreed service level and cost, in close cooperation with IT Operations.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT staff, Domain Managers, third-party vendors, and Service Management teams.

Skills and Qualifications

1. 8-12 years of experience in an international, complex IT environment.
