Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Execute make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate vendors when needed.
• Track materials, access inventory, and return unused items to stock.
• Document work accurately for service records and reporting.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; assist with cleaning and upkeep.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing when feasible.
