Job summary

Greystar currently seeks a Property Service Technician to maintain buildings, grounds and amenities to Greystar standards. The role includes completing work orders, making-ready apartments, inventory management, and documenting service activity at a stabilized multi-unit property.

The position requires an entry-level background with EPA/CPO preferred and experience with Yardi, HappyCo, and Latch is a plus. Schedule includes Tuesday–Saturday with on‑call obligations and potential travel between

Qualifications

• Entry level - no industry experience required.
• CPO and EPA preferred.
• Yardi, HappyCo, Latch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Completes the make‑ready process for vacant apartments and schedules vendors as needed.
• Obtains materials and equipment from the maintenance department and tracks usage.
• Completes documentation to document and track service requests.
• Assists in maintaining grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by fixing instead of replacing parts when possible.
