Job summary

Transdev Canada is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Calgary office. You will provide hands-on technical support across Western Canada, troubleshooting day-to-day issues and deploying devices in a multi-site environment with a distributed IT team.

You will manage Windows 11, Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID, and endpoint management, while delivering secure, reliable support and strong customer service across diverse users and sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressively responsible IT support in multi-site environments.
• Diploma or degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, M365, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Experience with AD/Entra ID user and device management.
• Experience with enterprise endpoint management and patching.
• GoodTCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
• Familiar with ticketing systems (ConnectWise PSA) and ITIL processes.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 support for desktops and devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11 and M365 issues.
• Support telephony and RingCentral.
• Manage tickets with SLA adherence.
• Remote support across Western Canada sites.
• Coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Document issues and resolutions clearly.
• Occasional after-hours support when required.
