Canadian Fiber Optics Corp. is seeking a customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our IT team in Calgary. You will install, configure, and maintain end-user systems, ensuring standards and best practices across the organization.

The role emphasizes Microsoft 365 admin, SharePoint/Teams usage, and Fortinet security tooling, with opportunities to automate workflows and support SaaS apps. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years IT support, systems administration, or related experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience incl. Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Experience with Fortinet products, SaaS applications, and process automation tools.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user hardware, software, and peripherals for staff.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps and manage user accounts and licenses.
• Assist with security, networking, and Fortinet deployment and documentation.
• Process service tickets, maintain KPIs, and train staff on IT systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and support staff for deployments and upgrades.
• Maintain day-to-day IT operations and project-related documentation.
