Value Buds in Regina is seeking a motivated Keyholder / Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

You will lead by example, assist customers with product education, manage the POS, restock, and ensure compliance with cannabis regulations while supporting teammates. This role offers growth, comprehensive training, and a team‑oriented culture with employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell).
• Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for every customer
• Provide product recommendations and cannabis education
• Support daily operations including merchandising and store upkeep
