Job summary

VCA Canada is seeking a Multi-Site Practice Manager to lead a network of veterinary hospitals in Toronto. You will oversee the primary hospital, Kew Beach Animal Hospital, and provide leadership across Beaches Animal Hospital and Downtown Animal Hospital.

Collaborate with Medical Directors, Regional Operations Director, and support offices to drive operations, financial performance, and an exceptional experience for associates, clients, and patients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership in operations and people management.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-site leadership and coach Hospital Managers to build teams, optimize operations, and hit business goals.
• Ensure hospitals are staffed and supported to deliver exceptional patient care and client service.
• Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and drive growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen processes across locations.
• Collaborate with Medical Operations and Regional Leadership on initiatives and talent development.
