Job summary

VetStrategy is seeking a Practice Manager for Kingston, Ontario to lead one or more clinics and guide clinical and support teams toward operational excellence.

You will manage daily operations, budgets, client relations, and compliance while driving growth and community outreach, ensuring a compassionate experience for patients and their families.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare or veterinary services.
• Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Financial acumen and comfort with digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Dayforce)

• Lead and inspire clinical and support teams across one or more practices
• Drive accountability and performance through coaching, feedback, and talent development
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and facility management
• Manage budgets, drive revenue, analyze financial performance, and implement cost-saving strategies

• Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and health & safety standards
