Job summary

VetCare Canada Inc. in Vancouver seeks an experienced Practice Manager to lead a veterinary team, drive operational excellence, and ensure outstanding client experiences. You will recruit Locum DVMs/RVTs, onboard and coach staff, perform annual reviews, and support growth with strong people skills.

You’ll also oversee inventory, budgeting, and all financial aspects while promoting the practice’s values and patient-centered care within the VetCare Community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading veterinary teams with a focus on patient care.
• Strong HR and budget management capabilities are required.
• Familiarity with veterinary software systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a collaborative veterinary team and manage operations.
• Source Locum DVMs and RVTs as needed and support recruitment.
• Oversee onboarding, coaching, annual reviews, and performance feedback.
